If for any reason you want to make a change or cancel your order, you have 3 days from the invoice date to do so in writing. No exceptions. We do not accept returns, therefore please make sure the color, dimensions, style, quality, etc. on your invoice is accurate. In addition, verify the size of the product to ensure it will fit in its desired location. Pearl Furniture is not responsible for any obstacles getting the furniture into your home.
Delivery time is based on industry averages and we will do our best to meet the estimated arrival time of 8-14 weeks, however, unforeseen delays do occur and Pearl Furniture will not offer any monetary compensations or discounts.
Once your merchandise leaves the manufacturer, the balance of your invoice is due. Pearl Furniture will contact you to collect this fee, and let you know that there is roughly 2 weeks to go. Once your furniture reaches the shippers warehouse, you will be contacted by them to set up a delivery time. Please be advised that this is a separate company, and you are responsible for paying them directly for your delivery. The approximate prices are between $75.00 and $85.00 for 5 pieces of furniture. The cost is determined by location, and a list of locations with actual delivery fees is available. For deliveries containing more than 5 pieces, there is a $5.00 charge for each additional piece. The shipper will help move non-invoiced goods (existing home furniture), but will charge additionally for excessive moving. A quote from the shipper can be provided to you prior to your sale upon request. Please note that customer pick-ups can be arranged.
Merchandise that arrives at Pearl Furniture with defects or damages will be returned to the manufacturer. Please allow 6-8 weeks for replacements. Pearl Furniture does not offer warranties. All Sales are final. Thank you for shopping at our warehouse and for your business.
